PAYMENT GATEWAY SETUP

A secure payment gateway is necessary for your clients to confidently and safely make online payments via your e-commerce website. It also allows you to receive and track payments for product and service transactions directly from your E-commerce website.

If you already have a payment gateway setup, your dedicated development team will be able to tell you if the gateway you have selected has the necessary integration software required for your website framework to function correctly. **Your dedicated project manager can initiate the setup of your Payfast account on your behalf for a nominal administrative fee of R695. **
In order to complete this process, the following documentation is required:

  • A clear copy of your ID/Passport
  • Proof of Banking Details – the account you would like to receive payments to
  • Proof of Business Address

Setup takes up to 7 working days.

Payout Fee – R8.70
Each time you request money to be sent from your PayFast account to your bank account, we charge a payout fee of R8.70. This is a flat fee that is not dependent on the amount being paid out.
